Kapsch TrafficCom acquires DSRC device maker MARK IV IVHS

 

Kapsch TrafficCom AG has concluded the acquisition of MARK IV IVHS, the largest equipment supplier for electronic toll collection (ETC) systems in North America, for approximately $70 million (€53 million).
