Spansion FL-S serial flash memory combines fast performance with high density

 

Spansion Inc. announced an FL-S family of 65nm serial NOR Flash memory devices that it said offer more than 20 percent faster double data rate (DDR) read speed (up to 66 MB/s), three times faster programming speed (1.5 MB/s), and five times faster erase speed than competing serial Flash products.  Read more...
