AEC-Q101 Qualified TVS Diodes from Littelfuse Protect Automotive Electronics from Voltage Transients

TPSMF4L Series TVS Diodes are best-suited for DC power protection and ESD protection in automotive electronics like electronic control units, sensors, entertainment systems, and body control modules (BCMs), and for portable devices that require high reliability such as hard drives, notebooks, VCC busses, POS terminals, SSDs, power supplies, monitors and other consumer applications.

- Standard voltage ranges from 5V to 85V are available, so designers can easily choose the most suitable part for their design and applications.
